老年人NUD与慢性胃炎、幽门螺杆菌感染关系研究

摘　　要：本文通过对５３例老年非溃疡性消化不良（ＮＵＤ）患者胃窦粘膜活检组织的病理学观察、幽门螺杆菌（ＨＰ）的检测及消化不良症状的调查，旨在探讨慢性胃炎、ＨＰ感染与老年人ＮＵＤ的关系。结果提示：非活动性慢性胃炎在老年人ＮＵＤ发病中不起重要作用，活动性慢性胃炎可引起老年人ＮＵＤ症状；ＨＰ感染可引起部分老年人ＮＵＤ症状，腹胀、嗳气与ＨＰ感染相关。In order to search for the cause and pathogenesis of non-ulcer dyspepsia (NUD) in aged patients,pathology of gastric antral mucosa was observed,HP was examined and symptoms were studied in 53 aged patients with NUD. The results are as follows:(1) Inactive chronic gastritis may not play a role in the pathogenesis of NUD in aged patients.(2) Active chronic gastritis may cause chronic dyspepsia symptoms. (3)HP infection is one cause of some symptoms of aged patients with NUD and abdominal bloating and belching are associated with HP infection. The results suggest some new ideas for the treatment of aged patients with NUD.
