摘　　要：从解剖学的观点，将眼袋分为四个临床类型，不同的类型采用不同手术方法。手术成功关键是不能仅靠拉紧皮肤、切除眶隔内疝出的部分脂肪整复眼袋，还必须紧缩眼轮匝肌防止眶脂再疝出。The baggy lower eyelids are classified into four clinical types according to regional anat-omy.Three operative methods of removing baggy lower eyelides were used in our clinic. The key pointsfor a successful operation are the herniated fat should be removed.Only tight ening and suturing theskin incisions of the baggy eyelid is not adequate for rectflying. More over,the orbicularis oculi muscleshould be tightened for preventing reherniation of orbital fat.
