摘　　要：细胞形态、化学染色及免疫学分型联合分析，按Ｃａｔｏｖｓｋｙ标准，在４４９例初诊成人急性白血病中检出杂合性急性白血病（ＨＡＬ）１３例（２．９％），１３例ＨＡＬ总ＣＲ率２３．１％。采用不同的化疗方法，ＣＲ率不一样，疗效短暂，ＭＴＴ法体外药敏显示，ＨＡＬ细胞对绝大多数化疗剂敏感性差，但其程度不一样，以此指导临床用药，可获良效。讨论了细胞形态和免疫分型对ＨＡＬ诊断的价值。According to Cativsky's diagnostic criteria of hybid acute leukerma(HAL),13 Patients with HAL were found from 449 antreated adult patients with acute leukemia. The total rate of complete remission was 23.1%. Using ALL、ANLL or ALL and ANLL mixed chemotherapy programmes the rates of CR were 33.3%, 20%and 0%respectively. MTT assay in vitro demostrated that the semsitive to drugs was lower in cells of HAL than those in adult AL, but the sensitive of cells in one patient to each drugs was difference.It showed that MTT asssay may be pcssible to select the treatment for individual patient leading to better prognosis. The morphoingy of little worth in diagnosis of HAL was diseussed.
