A class of the least dissipation-correction difference schemes (LDC) of high accuracy are presented to overcome these difficulties. With four new standard one-dimensional Riemann Problems instead of sod's example, comparative numerical simulations are made by using the TVD schemes and the LDC schemes, which illustrate that among these schemes the LDC schemes are in the best agreements with the exact solutions.
