摘  要:用放疗同时口服螺旋藻片治疗恶性肿瘤38例,结果,放疗前后的外周血象、免疫球蛋白、T 淋巴细胞的数量和 DNA 合成能力均无显著性差异,提示螺旋藻有抗辐射、保护机体骨髓和免疫功能的作用。Hb,Wbc and Plt in peripheral blood,and content of IgG,IgA concerning with humoral immunity,and DNA synthesis ability of T-lymphocytes were determimed for 38 patients with various kinds of malignant tumors,which were treated by combining radiotherapy with spirulina platensis.The comparison of determined results between the irradiation group of<80 Gy,80~100 Gy and> 100Gy and the group of pre-irradiation showed no significant difference.The result suggests that spirulina platensis is able to play a role in anti-radiation,protecting bone marrow and immune function、It is possible for spirulina platensis to act as a new natural radiation protective agent of efficaciousness.
