低剂量IL—2和低剂量放/化疗综合治疗晚期癌症的初步研究

摘　　要：应用低剂量 IL—2和低剂量放/化疗综合治疗16例晚期癌症。CR 者占37.5%,PR 者占56.3%,总有效率(CR+PR)93.8%,1年生存率87.5%。表明此方案是治疗晚期癌症的一种较有效的手段。From October 1992 to February 1993,16 patients with various advanced cancer were treated by low-dose interleukin—2 and low-dose radiotherapy and/or chemotherapy.The percentage of complete tumor remission,partial remission and progression were 37.5%,56.3% and 6.3% respectively. Overall effectiveness rate was 93.8%.One year survival rate was 87.5%.The current results indicate a possibility that combined therapy of low-dose interleukin—2 and low-dose radiotherapy and/ or chemotherapy may be effective in treatment of advanced cancer.
