摘  要:本文采用差示扫描量热法(DSC)研究了双向拉伸聚丙烯膜(BOPP)和吹塑聚丙烯膜(IPP)的熔化过程.实验结果表明,升温速度为80度/分时,BOPP的熔点比IPP的高14.6℃,BOPP/PVA涂层/IPP复合膜能采用机器制袋,透氧量测定结果表明蒸煮前后BOPP/PVA涂层/IPP复合膜的氧阻隔性无明显变化.包装贮存实验结果表明,BOPP/PVA涂层/IPP复合膜袋对午餐肉的保质效果优于Nylon/CPP复合膜袋.Melting of BOPP and IPP was studied by means of DSC in this paper. The results indicated that the melting point of IPP was 14. 6 C lower than that of BOPP at scanning rate of 80%min . BOPP/PVA-coat/TPP laminate film could be used to produce film- bag on bag-making machine. Boiled at temperature of 121 C .the exygen barrier of BOPP/PVA-coat/IPP laminated film did not change obviously. A storage test for cooked minced meat showed the anti-staling of th meat packaged with BOPP/PVA -coat/IPP laminated film was better than that of the meat packaged with nylon/CPP film.
