摘　　要：贲门癌是消化通常见恶性肿瘤，本文收集中晚期病变病Ｍ７６例，从其病程、年龄、Ｘ线征象与手术切除的关系进行了分析，对评估肿瘤能否切除有一定参考价值。Cardiac cancer is a common malignant tumour of the digestive tract. Based on the complication of 76 cases in middle and later period ,this article aims to analyse the relations between the tumour s sugical excision and it s process,x一ray signs and the patients age. It's of referential use to evaluate the feasibility of performing surgical excision of the tumour。
