摘　　要：通过瓷个电容器的非线性检测及非线性产生机理，进行了批量产品的质量分析，着重讨论了非线性与介质损耗、容量、成型工艺及寿命实验的相关性，并进行了微观形貌分析，证实了实验结果及分析结论．The nonlinear measurement of ceraTnic capacitors can reflect the quality of products and reveal the hidden defects in the components.The measurement of the third harmonic attenuation can indicate the magnitude of nonlinearity.The smaller the A3,the greater the nonlinearity.Simple and fast,accurate and non-destructive,the nonlinear measurement is a useful method to be widely used.
