摘 要:采用连续接触模型,通过适当的动力约束方程及差分迭代方程,利用达朗伯原理,首次以实际凸轮机构为例,对含多个运动副间隙的摆动从动件盘形凸轮机构进行了动态分析,方法简单,符合实际.ith a continuous contact model and basing on the D' Alembert principle we develop a procedure of the dynamic analysis of an oscillating earn mechanism with clearances. The governing equations include the proper constraint equations and difference equations. The method is simple and appropriate for real cases. As an example, a series of equations of the earn mechanism are derived thoroughly. The calculating results illustrate the bearing clearances' reaction to the earn mechanism dynamics. With the method we can further synthesize the earn mechanism with clearances and analyze a real eam mechanism.
