消化性溃疡出血内镜治疗264例

摘　　要：１９７９年来对上消化道出血患者在末次出血２４小时以内进行紧急胃镜检查，发现消化性溃疡活动性出血２６４例，镜下对出血病灶局部采用８ｍｇ％去甲肾上腺素，５％孟氏液，１０％孟氏液喷洒，止血有效率分别为６６．３％、８２．２％，９１．２％；局部注射无水酒精、肾上腺素高渗盐水，有效率分别为１００％，９５．２％，局部微波烧灼止血后喷洒１０％孟氏液１５例，全部有效。From l979, 264 cases of acute bleeding of Peptic Ulcer(PU)have been examined and treated by emergency endoscopy.The efficency of treatment with 8mg noradrenaline 100ml for 92.cases is 66.3%.The efficiency of therapy for 45 cases PU bleeding with 5% Monsells solution is 82.2%,the efficiency of managment in 80 cases of active bleeding sprayed with l0% Monsells solution is 91.2%。The efficiency in ll cases with injection of absolute alcohol through endoscope is l00%.2l cases of them injected with Na-epinepherine,the efficiency is 95.2%;in l5 cases treated with Microwave tissue coagulation and sprayed l0% Monsells Solution is l00%.
