摘　　要：大型巨大型听神经瘤手术治疗郭强，李耀华，林友俊，杨天明南京铁道医学院附院神经外科２１０００９宋晨南京市胸科医院２１００２９ＳｕｒｇｉｏａｌＲｅｍｏｖａｌｏｆＬａｒｇｅａｎｄＧｉａｎｔＡｏｏｕｓｔｉｃＮｅｕｒｏｍａｓ￥ＧｕｏＱｉａｎｇ；ＳｏｎｇＣｈｅｎ...3 cases of large and giant acoustic neuro-ma were operated in 20 years. Total removalof tumor was done in 23 patients (53.5%)ofwhich mortality rate was 9. 3.0 %. Facial nervewas preserved in 32 cases (74. 4% anatomi-cally.The postoperative examination showedpreservation of the hearing ability in 5 cases(11. 6%). Of the patients whose acousticnerve were cut during operation for tumor re-moval, facial- accessorius anastomosis wasperformed in 5 cases and all were successful(100%). The total resection of acoustic neu-romas , the facial and cochlea nerve preserva-tion were discussed.
