摘　　要：高浓度ＩＬ－５可以从Ｔ细胞杂交瘤培养的上清液中获得。本文介绍分泌ＩＬ－５的Ｔ细胞杂交瘤的培养及其上清液中分高纯化ＩＬ－５的方法，提纯了高浓度的ＩＬ－５。High concentration of IL-5 can be purified from the supernatant of T cell hybridoma.In this article, the methods of culture of the T cell hybridoma and separation and purification of IL-5 were reperted. The resoults showed that it is an effective way to purify IL-5 with th NC-17 coated cloumn.
