摘　　要：本文介绍了将我们开发的硅片粘合技术与传统Ｖ形槽隔离工艺相结合而研制成功的一种新的介质隔离方法。文中指出了传统Ｖ形槽介质隔离方法的不足，给出了新的介质隔离方法的工艺路线，介绍了该方法在抗辐照集成稳压器中的应用。A silicon wafer bonding technology and its application to new dielectric isolation combined with conventional V-shaped grooves are described. Drawbacks of conventional V-grooved isolation are pointed out. Process now of the new dielectric isolation and its application to our radiation-hardened voltage regulators are presented.
