摘 要:将120名(男54,女66)7~8岁儿童随机等分为性别组成一致的三组,以随机双盲法进行三种为期70天的补锌治疗试验:锌20mg(Z)、锌20mg+微量营养素(ZM)、微量营养素(M,对照组)。治疗试验0、6、10周测膝高(KH),试验前后测身高、体重、上臂围(AC)、三头肌皮褶厚度(TS)和血红蛋白(Hb)。结果表明,同时补充锌和微量营养素能显著提高受试儿童KH、上臂肌围(AMC)、上臂肌面积(MA)和Hb值增长,单纯补锌促进作用较弱。补锌儿童体重增加也高于对照组,但身高与对照组无差别。提示:参试部分儿童中存在着不同程度的锌缺乏,并因此使生长发育受到损伤。children (54 boys and 66 girls) from a city primary school in Qingdao, aged from 7 to 8 years,were studied.The subjects were randomly devided into three groups and treated for 70 days as follows:zinc 20mg/d plus micronutrients(ZM), micronutrients without zinc (M),or zinc 20mg/d without micronutrients (Z). Knee height (KH) was measured before and at 6 and 10 weeks of the treatments. Measurements of body height,body weight, arm circumference(AC), triceps skinfold (TS), and hemoglobin (Hb) were also carried out bebfore and after treatments, Caculated arm muscle circumference (AMC) and muscle area (MA) were obtained. KH, AMC, MA, Hb and body weight of children given ZM and Z increased significantly compared with group M children (P<0.01), ZM prompted children's growth more effectively than did Z alone (P<0.01). There was no difference in body height gain among three groups (P>0.05). The findings suggest some of children are zinc deficient.
