摘  要:从电介质极化的基本方程出发,实现了直接从介电常数温度特性关系获得偶极子任意能级密度分布,该理论并不需要已知偶极子任何性质,均能实现分布计算.In this paper, an approximate analytic expression of a transcendental equation is deduced by taking account of the physical process of the dipoles in solid dielectrics under thermal stimulation, so that a simple relation between the dielectric constant and arbitrary activation energy density distribution of the dipole is obtained. It is pointed out that the permittivities at any temperature is directly proportional to the numbers of dipoles which have the activation energy corresponding to the temperature. With this distribution, the relaxation time distribution can be obtained also.
