摘　　要：在决策支持系统的需求调查和系统分析中，对于结构化的问题，以ＦＴＯ（Ｆｏｕｒｆｉｇｕｒｅｓ—Ｔｈｒｅｅｔａｂｌｅｓ—Ｏｎｅｒｅｐｏｒｔ）方法为主进行现状描述和分析是很有效的；而对于决策分析与描述、方案拟定与选择等问题的处理则应该用ＲＯＭＣ（Ｒｅｐｒｅｓｅｎｔａ－ｔｉｏｎ—Ｏｐｅｒａｔｉｏｎ—Ｍｅｍｏｒｙ—Ｃｏｎｔｒｏｌ）方法，文中结合一个中型企业的生产管理辅助决策系统的开发，提出了一种将ＲＯＭＣ与ＦＴＯ相结合的分析和设计方法，实践证明这种综合应用是实用的和有效的。In the process of DSS requirement investigation and system analysis,for structual prob-lems it is appropriate to use the FTO method to describe and analyse the statusquo. As for de-cision analysis and representation,and for scheme design and selection,the method of ROMCis recommended.This paper describes a practical method,the synthetic use of ROMC andFTO,for a production management DSS of a medium-sized enterprise. Practice shows thatthis synthetic method is practical and effective.
