摘　　要：分析了仪器设备无形耗损、有形耗损和综合耗损的一般特点，指出仪器设备更新是修理以外的另一种补偿方式，提出了进行保持型更新和提高型更新决策中的经济分析方法，为提高仪器设备投资效益提供了参考依据。General characteristics of nonphysical,physical and comprehensive wear of instrument andequipment are analyzed. Renewal of instrument and equipment as another compensation method be-sides repair is stated. Economic analytical procedure in the decision of retention and improvement re-newal of instrument and equipment is suggested. Reference basis of investment returns for instrumentand equipment is provided.
