摘 要:根据多变量控制系统各变量之间有耦合存在的特点,利用模糊解耦的方法设计了多变量模糊解耦控制器,经过结合工业实际被控对象-氢气烧结炉温度群控系统的仿真与应用研究,基本上能消除系统之间的耦合作用。It is the belief of a group of Chinese expel'ts, who conducted a very careful research of the world open literature in 1993, that the application of tile fuzzy dccotlpling control system to temperature control of hydrogen sintering furnace is one of the first applications of sucll colltrol to practical problems.Table 4 in this paper is the key to the design of the authors' dccoupling control system. The authors learn from cxpericnecd operators of hydrogen sintering furnace and abstract with them from their observation a number of rules of decoupling control. Then well known fuzzy mathematics is used to make Table 4, whose tabulated valtlcs arc conlpcnsating values for tlizzy dccoupling values. Through judicious use of compensating values, control valtl(:s can be computed and so much coupling can be eliminated as to make the control o:' cacti varlets1(: 17rdctically indcpcndcnt.
