摘 要:观测了53种主要造林树种对部和嫩枝的内部组织解剖特征量,用回归法分析了各特征量与杨树天半成虫取食量的关系。得出在叶的内部组织解剖特征量中与天牛成虫取食量有显著关系的因素为4个。其中上表皮角质层越厚、栅栏组织越发达均不利于天牛取食;而海绵组织则相反。在嫩枝的内部解剖特征量中与天牛取食量间有显著关系的因素是:表皮细胞排列状况、皮层石细胞量、木栓层细胞层数与取食量呈负相关;皮层薄壁细胞层厚度与取食量呈正相关。Observed and measured the inner dissection characteristics of the leaves and young branches of fifty-three major forestation species,and analysed the relations between various characteristics and feed amount of adult sawyers by regression method. As a result, we found there are four significant factors affecting the relations between inner dissection characteristics of leaves and feed amount of adult sawyers. For example,the thicker the cutin layer of upper stratum becomes the quicker palisade tissues develop, the fewer the feed amount of adult is. But the result is opposite in spongy tissues.The four significant factors are: the rank situation of epidermal cells,the amount of stone cells in cortex, and the rank number of phellem cell are negatively related to the feed amount, the thickness of parenohyma cell in cortex howerer, is positvely related to the feed amount.
