摘 要:应用三重测交99个家系和P_1、P_2、F_1、F_2、B_1和B_2世代,研究籼粳杂种亚优2号的遗传特征。结果表明:①单株产量和株高在F_1代有突出的超亲优势,优势率分别为103.34%和28.61%。单株产量的超亲优势主要由显性效应引起,加性×加性的上位性效应也不可忽视。②加性、显性和上位性效应在株高中同时存在;单株产量受显性和加性×加性效应控制;每株穗数仅显性效应达极显著;出穗期,每穗粒数和500粒重符合加性遗传。亚优2号的加性和显性效应是重要的,上位效应仅在株高和单株产量中存在。③连锁效应检测显示,株高和单株产量可能具有连锁效应和连锁上位性基因。The cross between indica rice 3037 and Japonica rice 02428 with wide compatibility gene had a strong heteross of grain yield in F_1.The genetic architecture and linkage effect were investigated by the triple test cross(TCC)design with 33 sets of families and the biparental mating design with 6 gener-ations.Results were as follow:1.Based on the results of the analysis of TCC,additive variation was not significant for the number of filled grain per plant and grain weight per plant, which indicated that additive effect may not be important for the them;Dominance variation was not significant for 500-grain weight,and additive and additive Xadditive(i)epistasis were the main part in the genetic variation existed in all characters except heading date and the number of effective tiller perplant,addi-tiveXadditive(i)epistasis was the principal type in the epistasis.additive Xdominance(i)and domiance Xominance(l)epistasis was significant only for plant height.The number of filled grain perplant and grain weight perplant.2.The test of linkage effect show:Plant height and grain weight plant may have epistatic linkage genes.The other 6 traits were independent inheritance.
