摘  要:对云南陆稻矮秆×高秆和矮秆×矮秆的株高遗传研究表明,高秆对矮秆均部分显性,IR30716-B-1-B-1-2的矮生性为两对互补隐性立基因控制。其中,1对复等位且显必sd-1,暂定为sd-1x1,CICA6为1对隐性主基因控制,可能等位于sd-1,CICA9,Tos4020旱谷-2为微效多基因控制,且均具有较强的基因互作,矮化效果,除IR30716-B-1-B-1-2外均较好,且遗传力在85%以上。Studies were made of the height inheritance of five internal and abroad indica dwarfuplant rice crossed with tall uplant rice Sandangqishiluo of Yunan and backcrossed withrice Aizizhan (sd-1). The results showed that the tall was all partly dominant to thedwarf, IR30716-B-1-B-1-2 was controlled by two pairs of recessive completementary majorgenes, one was multiple-allelic and dominant to sd-1,temporarily named as sd-1x_1;CICA6 was controlled by a recessive major gene,it was probably allelic to sd-1; CICA9,Tos 4020, Hangu-2 by polygenes. Their inheritability was above 85%, the dwarfing effectof the other except IR30716 was good, and could be inherited steadly, selcting effect wasbetter in earlier generation. It was shown shultaneously that dwarf gene,in indca uplantrice were more abandant and complicated than paddy rice, genetic simplicity and vulnera-bility of dwarf gene were possibly solved if dwarf gene in uplant rice was introduced intorice;It was suggested to shenghthen the research of locating gene loci.
