摘  要:以陆地棉珂字2013日龄无菌苗的下胚轴为外植体,建立了棉花体细胞胚发生和植株再生的培养程序。大多数激素或其组合均能诱导获得胚性愈伤组织和非胚性愈伤组织,其中TDZ的诱导效果较好。正确选择胚性愈伤组织进行继代培养,有利于提高胚的获得率和缩短培养周期;液体悬浮培养是获得大量发育同步胚的关键技术。胚的萌发有3种类型,且受激素的调控,其中0.1mg/LNAA最有利于体细胞胚萌发成苗。Cultural method of cotton embryogenesis and plantlet regeneration was established. Cotton somatic embryogenesis and plant regeneration were affected by many factors. Most of hormones or their combinations could induce embryonic and nonembryonic calli,and the effect of TDZ was the best. Picking out embryonic callus to subculture was advantageous to increase the production of somatic embryo and to reduce the period of culture. Suspension culture was the key technique to obtain a large number of development synchrotron somatic embryos. Germination of cotton somatic embryos could be callified into three kinds,and it was regulated by hormones,the best medium for the germination of cotton somstic embryos was MS medium added 0. 1mg/L NAA.
