摘　　要：本文以系统工程的观点，采用系统动力学的方法，在大量历史数据的基础上，对新形势下的军队院校建设进行了定性和定量相结合的研究与分析，得出了形成教学、科研、对外技术服务良性循环的机制，研究途径和结论得到了专家们的肯定，并在某院校制定工作规划中得到了应用。From the approach of system engineering and by means of sys-tem dynamics,this paper presents both qualitative and quantitative studies and analyses of the reconstruchtion of military academics under a new sit-uatio,and has obtained a benefical circling meclianism among the three factors : teaching,scientific reserch and technical services outside capus.The research method and the conclusion on the basis of historical data hate been approved and adopted by an institute for its programming.
