局部应用增敏Ⅰ号增加宫颈癌放疗效果的临床研究

摘　　要：80例宫颈癌患者在放疗同时局部应用增敏Ⅰ号(研究组)与40例单纯放疗患者(对照组)进行比较研究。结果表明,放疗总有效率研究组为92.5%,对照组为62.5%,宫颈局部肿瘤放疗总有效率研究组为98%,对照组为80%,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。From May 1991 to October 1992, the authors studied 80 patients with cervical carcinoma as studied group and 40 patients with same disease as control group. All the patients in the studied group were treated with radiotherapy combining with No. 1 sensitizer applied in local tumor site. The patients in control group were treated with radiotherapy only.The results indicated that the total response rate in the two groups was 92.5 % and 62.5%, respectively. The total response rate in local tumor was 98% and 80%,respectively. The difference was significant(P<0.05).
