摘　　要：综述了国内外淀粉资源研究与开发的概况，提出以淀粉为原料，进行深度加工，开发一系列化工产品，是我国淀粉资源研究与开发的重要途径。Studies on starch resources and development of their products in China and other countries are reviewed.Development of series of chemical products derived from starch through deep processing should be an important direction for China in R & D of starch.
