摘　　要：在国外ＧａＡｓＴ／Ｒ组件研究基础上，结合我们开展的有关ＧａＡｓＦＥＴ微波控制器件的研究课题，探索了在国内现有ＧａＡｓ生产工艺水平下研制ＧａＡｓＴ／Ｒ组件的可能性，并简单地描述了ＧａＡｓＴ／Ｒ组件的特点。给出了所研究ＧａＡｓＦＥＴ微波控制器件的实验结果、计算机仿真曲线和部分ＧａＡｓ微波器件的实物照片。on the basis of research on GaAs T/R modules and GaAs FET microwave con-trolling components, tbe probability of GaAs T/R modules′ productivity based on the existing GaAs technology is discussed.The ptoperty of GaAs microwave controlling components is also giV-en.Experiment results ,simulating data and photograph of GaAs components are shown.
