摘 要:本文对云南山草果地上植株干品的精油进行了GC/MS、GC/FTIR定性和GC定量的化学成分分析,共计分离出43个化学成分,鉴定了其中的37个化学成分,已鉴定化学成分占全精油量的96.68%.主要化学成分是2-十一碳烯醛(53.24%),2-十二碳烯醛(4.80%),癸醇-1(6.54%),广藿香烷(7.67%),2-已基呋喃(1.50%);同时,还对精油的香气进行了评香鉴定.The Aristolochia delavayi Franch var micrantha W. W. smith grows in Yunnan,China. The essential oil from dry leaf,stem and fruite was extracted by using steam distillation, and analyzed by using GC/MS,GC/FTIR and GC. As the result,43 components were seperated,in which 37 components making up 96. 68% of total oils identified,the main chemical componente are 2-Undenal (53. 24 % ) 、 2-Dodecenal (4. 80 % ) 、Decanol1 (6. 54 % ) 、Patchoulane(7. 67 % ) and 2-haxyl-Furan(1. 50 % ),and its main smell feature was stated
