摘  要:测定正常及缺氧大鼠入、出肺血及肺组织脂质过氧化物(LPO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量,结果表明:(1)正常组出肺血LPO水平低于入肺血、出肺血SOD含量高于入肺血;(2)缺氧鼠入、出肺血LPO、SOD含量无明显差异,但与正常组比较,SOD含量明显降低,LPO水平明显上升;(3)缺氧组肺组织LPO水平增高、SOD含量降低。提示:缺氧大鼠肺抗氧化能力下降、脂质过氧化反应增强,自由基在缺氧性肺高压的发生中可能有一定作用。The contents of lipid peroxides (LPO) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in in-flowing and out-going pulmonary blood(IPB,OPB)and in lung tissue were determined in control and hypoxic rats. It was found that:(1) in normal subjects LPO content of IPB was higher than that of OPB and SOD of OPB was higher than that of IPB.(2) LPO and SOD contents between IPB and OPB showed no statistical difference in hypoxic rats,while the content of SOD was decreased and the level of LPO was increased compared with that of control group.(3) LPO of lung tissue was higher while SOD of lung tissue was lower in hypoxic rats than that of normal subjects.These results suggested that in hypoxic rats' lung the reduction of antioxidative capacity and augmentation of lipid peroxidation might play certain roles in the pathogenesis of hypoxic pulmonary hypertension
