脉冲YAG激光治疗牙本质过敏症的临床与动物实验观察

摘　　要：应用脉冲ＹＡＧ激光治疗牙本质过敏症患者８２例（１５４个患牙）并与氟化钠脱敏疗法进行了自身对比观察。结果表明激光脱敏的即刻有效率达１００％，１月后有效率仍维持在９７．２６％；氟化钠脱敏即刻有效率为６８．７４％。为了解脉冲ＹＡＧ激光照射后对牙髓的影响，应用４只兔的前牙进行了模拟临床照射实验并观察了照射后牙髓的组织学变化，认为脉冲ＹＡＧ激光治疗牙本质过敏症具有见效快、安全、方便的特点。The author applied pulse YAG-laser to treat dentin hypersensitivity in 82 cases(154 affected teeth),observed the effects of this therapy and compared with the desensitization treatment with sodium fluoride.As a result,the author found that laser desensitization produced an immediate effect in all the cases,and a month later remained effective in 97.26% of the 146 followed cases,whereas sodium fluoride desensitization had immediate effect only in 68.74% of the cases.To find out the influence of irradiation by pulse YAG-laser on dental pulp,the author made simulated clinical irradiation experiments on the front teeth of four rabbits and observed the histological changes of the irradiated dental pulp.The author thinks that the treatment of sensitive dentin with pulse YAG-laser is characterized by quick effect,safety and convenience.
