不同年龄人牙釉质对龋敏感性研究

摘　　要：采用细菌培养人工龋实验技术比较了青少年牙釉质和老年人牙釉质对龋病的敏感性。结果表明老年人牙釉质比青少年牙釉质薄，但脱矿改变是相似的。因此，可以认为老年人牙釉质与青少年牙釉质对龋病的敏感性无明显的差异。A bacterial-culture artificial caries technique had.been used to compare the susceptibility of enamels of different age range to caries.Results showed that the enamel of the aged was thinner than enamel of the young.The lesion depthes in enamel of the aged and enamel of the young were no significantly different.However,the results might indicate that enamel of the aged should not be regarded as more resistant to caries than enamel of the young.
