氩激光治疗糖尿病性黄斑部病变的临床观察

摘　　要：报告２０例（３８眼）氩激光治疗糖尿病性黄斑部病变的初步观察结果。治疗组２０眼，对照组１８眼，随访时间３～７个月。治疗组视力进步３眼（１５％），治疗后荧光造影显示黄斑部渗漏消失或减轻，硬性渗出吸收，而对照组无自然好转。光凝治疗前后中心定量视野对比观察结果表明，黄斑部光凝不损伤黄斑中心凹视功能，光凝治疗区视野的平均光域值敏感度降低。光凝治疗对糖尿病性黄斑部病变局部代谢的改善。reliminary clinical results of argon laser photocoagulation for diabetic maculopathy are reporte 20 eyes of patients with diabetic maculopathy were randomly assigned to grid photocoagulation,while 18 eyes were assigned to control.Visual acuity of 3 treated eyes was significantly improved after the 3-7 month follow-up Fluorescence angiography after treatment showed that the dye leakage was diminished or regressed and hard exudates were absorbed in most treated eyes. The results of the quantitative analysis of centralvisual field performed on Friedmann Analyzer M Ⅱ showed that the function of fovea had not been damaged during grid photocoagulation. For all eyes tested,the average threshold sensitivity dropped after treatment. The above re-sults indicate that macular photocoagulation has effects on diabetic maculopathy.
