眼外肌中微量元素含量测定及其与斜视的关系研究

摘　　要：对１０例４８条正常眼外肌微量元素含量进行了测定，首次报道了正常眼外肌微量元素含量正常值范围，并对斜视患者眼外肌微量元素含量进行了测定，系统讨论了微量元素与斜视的关系。结果表明：斜视患者眼外肌中铜、锌、铝等含量高于正常值。race element is closely related to human body and it has become an index to determined the trace ele-ment levels in human tissue and body fluid for the diagnosis and observation of the curative effect of the con-cerned diseases.Therefore,we determined the trace element concentrations of 48 normal extraocular musclesof 10 cases and 33 abnormal extraocular muscles.We report the normal ranges of the trace element concentra-tion in the extraocular muscles for the first time and systematically discuss the relationship between trace ele-ment and strabismus.The results reveal that copper, zinc and aluminium increase in abnormal extraocular muscles.
