青光眼虹膜血管微机图像定量分析

摘　　要：应用计算机图像定量分析技术对青光眼虹膜血管的数量、血管腔面积和血管面密度三项参数进行了定量研究，共测虹膜２９例１４５个测试窗。结果：先天性青光眼虹膜血管三项参数与其它组对比差异显著（Ｐ＜０．０５～０．０１）；急性闭角型青光眼与正常眼组比较无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。揭示：先天性青光眼时，虹膜血管数量明显增加，管腔扩张，这些变化是其特征性组织病变。uangtitative study of iris vessels in glaucoma was made using the computer-assisted image analyser.The 145 test windows of 29 samples were measured.There was very obvious difference in the three parame-ters between the congenital glaucoma and the other groups(p<0.01-0.05).No difference was shown in the three parameters between the acute angle-closed glaucoma and the normal group(p>0.05).The results of the study have confirmed the conclusion that there was sharp increase in number and dilation in human iris ves-sels in the congenital glaucoma.It is suggested that the changes occurring in iris vessels of the congenital glaucoma may be the special histopathological feature.
