视网膜脱离伴脉络膜脱离的临床分析

摘　　要：伴脉络膜脱离的视网膜脱离发病占同期视网膜脱离的４．１５％。分析住院手术１３５眼，总痊愈率为６５．９３％，与同期不含脉络膜脱离的视网膜脱离成功率相比，复位率低且有明显差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。将１３５例脉络膜脱离分为花边、半月、球形三型，花边型组手术成功率较高。放视网膜下液有很高的意外率，封闭了裂孔，可以完成环扎术，不放水更有利。对注气要慎重。术前术后要早用、用足激素，同时尽早手术以提高成功率。he incidence of retinal detachment combined with choroidal detachment was 4.15% within all retinaldetachment in a certain period in our hospital. Among 135 eyes underwent operations, 65 .93% patients re-coverd,This successful rate was much lower than that found in the retinal detachment without choroidal de-tachment and the difference was significant(P<0.01). We divided 135 patients into three types : lace ,lunar,ballon, The lace group had much more reattaching cases than any other group.Because of the high accidentratio for drainage of subretinal fluid, it would be better not to drainoff fluid if buckling holes could be accom-plished. Injection of gas into the vitreous should be handled with great care in order to avoid complications.Sufficient systemicsteroid therapy must be used quickly before and after operation ,meanwhile retinal surgeryought to be undertaken as early as possible.
