急性高眼压致大鼠视网膜节细胞细胞色素氧化酶活性降低

摘　　要：为了探讨大鼠眼压与细胞代谢的关系，对一组大鼠分别以７５％、５０％及２５％平均动脉压作右眼前房内灌注。采用改良细胞色素氧化酶组织化学法作视网膜细胞色素氧化酶反应，观察其对视网膜节细胞细胞色素氧化酶的作用。结果表明：以７５％平均动脉压作大鼠前房内灌注可致大鼠视网膜节细胞细胞色素氧化酶活性下降，主要表现在视网膜细胞色素氧化酶活性节细胞数及高细胞色素氧化酶活性节细胞数明显减少。o determine the effect of intraocular pressure on rat's retinal ganglion cells,we used different anterior chamber perfusing pressures,in which a modified cytochrome oxidase histochemical technique was used.The result clarified that 75%average blood pressure as perfusing pressure resulted in decreasing cytochrome oxi-dase activity of retinal ganglion cells,which demonstrated reduced amounts of cytochrome oxidase and high cytochrome oxidase cells.
