摘　　要：采用自体角膜缘部上皮移植治疗原发性胬肉５５眼，复发性胬肉６眼。经３～６个月随访，原发性胬肉全部治愈无复发，复发性胬肉有一例复发。研究表明本手术法与结膜移植法相比有复发率低、眼部不充血、角膜上皮恢复时间短、角膜无新生血管等优点，并对自体角膜缘部上皮移植治疗翼状胬肉的机理进行了探讨。ifty-five eyes suffering from primary pterygium and six eyes of relapsing pterygium have been treatedby using the transplantation of auto-corneal limbus epithelium. Within 3 to 6 months after the operations,those patients have been followed up regularly.The results show that all the cases of primary pterygium havebeen cured without relaspse and one case among relapsing pterygium has reoccurred.The research demon-strated that the operation has the advantages of a low rate of relaspse,noncongestion,a short recovery time of corneal epithelium and no regenerative blood vessels in cornea compared with that of conjunctival trans-plantation. The research has also inquired into the mechanism of the transplantation of auto-corneal limbus epithelium to treat pterygium.
