喜树碱抑制滤过泡瘢痕化的临床研究

摘　　要：用抗代谢药物喜树碱作青光眼滤过性手术中抗瘢痕形成的辅助药物，并设立５－氟尿嘧啶（５－Ｆｕ）对照组与未注药对照组。结果近期疗效三组均无显著性差异，但喜树碱较５－Ｆｕ局部反应轻，术后并发症少。远期疗效喜树碱组与５－Ｆｕ组比较差异无显著意义，与未注药对照组比较差异有显著意义。提示喜树碱有希望成为一种较好的抑制青光眼滤过术后滤过泡瘢痕化的药物。he anti-cicatricial effect of subconjunctival comptothecine administered during and after glaucoma filter-ing surgery was compared with 5-FU control group and non-treated control group.The results showed thatthe rates of surgical success were not significantly different among the three groups in short-term therapy. However,complications of comptothecine were fewer than those in 5-FU group.In the long- term the rates ofcomptothecine group differed significantly when compared with that in non- treated group.The study showsthat comptothecine is a promising medicine for anti-cicatricial effect on the filtering bleb.
