后段异物手术效果分析及术式探讨

摘　　要：本文分析了传统的术式治疗33例眼球后段异物(角膜缘后垂直距离>20mm)的情况.结果表明,后段异物眼组织损伤重,手术难度大,治疗效果差,手术前后视力比较无明显差异,而且术后并发症多,其中以视网膜脱离和玻璃体出血为主,分别占30.3%和15.1%.本文还分析了手术时机的选择以及提出了采用闭合式玻璃体切除术联合异物摘除在治疗后段异物中的意义.Thirty-three cases of foreign bodies in the posterior segment of the eye (the perpendicular distance from the limb to the foreign body is more than 20 mm) operated on in conventional way are reported. In these patients,the vision cannot be improved because of the severe damage of the eye,the difficulty and the complication of the operation. Vitreous hemorrhage and retinal detachment were the most severe complications intraoperation and post-operation. The timing of the operation and the significance of foreign body extraction in combination with pars plana vitrectomy in the treatment of foreign body in the posterior segment of the eye are also discussed.
