交感性眼炎的临床分析

摘　　要：本文分析了1980～1993年收治的交感性眼炎31例,由眼球穿通伤引起者30例,占同期收治的眼球穿通伤13043例的0.23%,其中眼球破裂伤引起者11例,在同期眼球破裂伤中占6.12%;白内障手术引起者1例,在同期内眼手术中占0.03%.潜伏期10天～15年.2月以内发病者占58.02%;3月以内发病者67.74%;6月以内发病者77.40%.还分析了致伤原因、受伤部位、临床表现、治疗及预后,讨论了发病机制问题.This paper reported 31 cases of sympathetic ophthalmia (SO) from 1980~ 1993 in our hospital. Thirty cases were caused by ocular penetrating injury and occupied 0. 23% of 13043 cases of all penetrating ocular injury during that period. Among them, eleven cases of SO were caused by global rupture and was in 6. 12% of these cases. One case were caused by cataract surgery and occupied 0. 03% of all intraocular surgeries. The latent period was 10 days to 15 years, 58. 02% of cases occurred within 2 months, 67. 74% occurred within 3 months, and 77. 40% occurredwithin 6 months. The authors also discussed the cause and location of injury, clinical manifestation, treatmant, prognosis and mechanism of SO.
