摘 要:不同大强度微波急性辐照大白兔,各微波辐照组结膜和虹膜充血等显著高于假辐照组.光镜观察,10和50mW/cm^2致角膜、虹膜、睫状体组织轻度损伤;100mW/cm^2出现睫状体上皮细胞坏死;200mW/cm^2引起角膜、虹膜和睫状体较严重损伤.实验证明眼组织损伤与辐照强度呈明显剂量—反应关系,剂量相同时主要取决于微波强度,病理损伤阈强度为100mW/cm^2.The white rabbits were irradiated by different doses of acute high intensity MW,the conjunctiva and iris congestod in irradiated groups were obviously higher than those in non-irradiation groups, histologi-cal examination, the cornea. iris and ciliary body were slightly damaged by 10 and 50mW/cm2;the epithelial cells of ciliary body were necrosed slightly by 100mW/ cm2; the cornea, iris and ciliary body were seriously damaged by 200mW/cm2. These results suggested that there is a dose-response relationship between eye damage and the irradiation intensity. The damage mainly depends on the intensity of exposure when the dose of MW is the same. The threshold intensity of histologi-col damage is 100mW/cm2.
