摘 要:对于环境(轧件)变化比热连轧大十多倍的中厚板的轧制过程,采用综合利用人类经验知识和理论(机理)数学模型开发的基于知识的混合控制系统,取得了明显的技术经济效果。虽然上钢三厂中板轧机设备陈旧,测量设备不全,而钢板质量提高很大,异板差小于0.04mm,达到了世界先进水平。A knowledge based hybrid control system is developed by comprehensively utilizing the mankind's experiential knowledge and the theoretical (mechanismic)mathematical model. It is applied to the plate rolling process,of which the variation of environment (rolled pieces)is above ten times larger than that of the continuous hot-rolling process. A remarkable technical and economical effect is produced. Although the plate rolling equipment of The 3rd Shanghai iron and Steel Plant is old and its measuring instruments are not complete,the quality of plate products is greatly improved. The thickness error of individual plate is less than 0. 04mm,it reaches the world advanced standard.
