急性白血病血清与白细胞内乳酸脱氢酶及其同功酶的研究

摘　　要：本文采用EncoreⅡ型离心式全自动生化分析仪和聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法对67例未经治疗的急性白血病血清LDH和其中48例血清LDH同功酶、7例白细胞内LDH同功酶进行了同步测定;并对部分患者治疗前后进行了动态观察。结果表明:急性白血病患者的血清LDH明显高于正常;血清与白细胞内的LDH_3/LDH_1>1;血清LDH及其同功酶,特别是LDH同功酶可作为疗效观察、复发早期诊断的辅助指标。Serum LDH was mesaured in 67 untneatad cases with acute leukemia and serum lactic dehydrogenase iscenzyme in 48 cases leucocyte lactic dehydrogenase isoenzyme in 7 cases were examined at the same time. Progressive observations were made on the changes prior to and after treatment in several patients. The results showed that serum LDH of acute leukemia was remarkably higher than that of normal control and LDH was more than 1 in both serum and leukocytes. This suggested that LDH and lactic dehydrogenase of the serum, especially the latter, be used as parameters of treatment and early diagnosis of relapse.
