急性白血病抗凝血酶Ⅲ活性的研究

摘　　要：本实验应用凝固法测定了33例急性白血病初治病例的抗凝血酶Ⅲ(ATⅢ)活性,并与正常对照进行比较。结果表明,25例增高(包括3例DIC),6例正常,2例降低。AL组的平均会值明显高于对照组(P<0.001);ALL与ANLL两组之间无显著差异;无肝大组明显高于肝大组。还发现AL组的ATⅢ活性与其周围血原幼细胞数之间呈明显正相关,但与其凝血、纤溶参数均不相关。以上发现提示AL的ATⅢ活性增高可能是周围血原幼细胞刺激了未受明显损害的肝脏,使其合成ATⅢ功能亢进所致。结果还表明ATⅢ活性增高可能也是AL出血原因之一。Antithrombin Ⅲ (ATⅢ) activity was studied both in 33 patieated acute leukemia (AL) and 33 normal subiects as as a control group. The results showed that ATⅢ activity was increased in 25 patiets including 3 cases with laboratory evidence of DIC, normal in 6 and decreaced in 2. The mean value of ATⅢ activity was significantly higher in AL group than that in control group (p<0.01), and higher in patients without hepatomegaly than those with hepatomegaly than those with hepatomegaly (p<0.05), but there was no statistically significant differenoe between ALL and ANLL group (p>0.05). The data also noticed that the mean of ATⅢ activity in AL group was positivelated with the count of leukemia cell in peripheral blood, however, not correlated with the parameted to coagulation and fibrinolysis. These might suggest that an increase of immature leukemic cells in peripheral blood might stimulate synthesis of ATⅢ in the undamaged liver, and an increase in ATⅢ activity was probably of one the meohanisms causing bleeding tendency in patients with AL.
