摘　　要：应用30例注入红色乳胶的新鲜成人下肢,研究了供应大腿内中部皮瓣的缝匠肌内缘中皮动脉。该动脉出现率为93.3%,并且全部来源于股动脉。其起点处平均外径为1.69±0.08mm。穿深筋膜后该动脉可分为升支、横支和降支。Thirty lower limbs of fresh cadaver were injected with red latex, from which the middle cutaneous artery of medial border of sartorius supplying this flap was studied. The incidence of this artery was 93.3% and they were all coming from the femoral artery. The out calibre of this artery was 1.69±0.08mm, in the original spot. This artery could be divided into the ascending, the transverse and the descending branches after penetrating the deep fascia.
