摘　　要：本文从中医理论和临床出发,用较长时间的劳倦和饥饱失常使大鼠形成脾虚证模型,从多种宏观、微观指标及健脾中药反佐的结果来看,均较为满意,并有简便、定量、效果确实、易标准化生产的优点。According to the theory and clinical pratice of TCM, the writers conducted on experiment to obtain the rat's model of spleen-deficiency syndrome caused by long-term toil and hunger or overeating. The results were satifying. The method is simple and has the advantages of stability in quantity, authenticity of effect and convenience for standardized production as proved by various macroscopic and microscopic indexes and the result of corrigent Chinese herbs.
