摘 要:本文分析了碱法制浆黑液的组成,并依分析结果配制模拟黑液,研究黑液组成对原油乳化的影响。结果表明,黑液中的碱对原油乳化和降粘贡献最大,碱木素和硅化合物可以同碱发生协同作用,促进原油乳化,有利于提高原油采收率。The chemical composition of black liquor of four different sources is analyzed and the influence of composition of black liquor on the emulsification of viscous crude oil is investigated expermentally.It is demostrated the ability of black liquor to ereate low water-oil interfacial tension originated from alkali(NaOh,Na2CO3).soda lignin,silicides and other compoments in synergistic action. Of these,NaOH contributes most to the emulsification and viscosity reduction of the test crude,for which the most favorable cotent of NaOH in black liquor is a pproximately 0.3%.Soda lignin,being a surface active substance.enhances the emulsfying ability of NaOH.Structural characteristics,especially the content of acidic functional groups in sode lignin,have significant influence on the emulsifying ability of black liquor.Silicides serve as stabilizer for the foam and emulsions formed.
