白光散斑法对下颌游离端义齿基牙位移的实验研究

摘　　要：在下颌牙双侧游离缺失的情况下，采是用近中支托设计还是采用远中支托设计，一直是国内外学者们争论的焦点。本实验用白光散斑法对两种设计进行了研究，结果表明：采用近中支托，远中固位臂设计的义齿引起的基牙位移小，且基牙向近中移动。而远中支托、近中固位臂引起的基牙位移大，且基牙向远中移动。his study reported the effects of partial denture clasp design on themovement of abutment teeth, which using white light speckle to measure themovement of abutment.The results showed that dentures which rests placeon thc mesial aspect of abutment tooth less moved.
