食道瘘管体外消化和Cr_2O_3三合一法测定放牧采食量

摘　　要：采用食道瘘管技术与两级离体消化试验及外源指示剂Ｃｒ_２Ｏ_３测定日排粪量技术三结合的方法，在新疆南山夏秋两季牧场，进行放牧中国美利奴细毛绵羊牧草于物质采食量的测定。测得夏牧场上１８只放牧母羊采食牧草干物质量平均为（９６．０２±７．４１）ｇ／ｋｇＷ￣（０．７５）和日排粪干物质量为（３８．７１±４．２０）ｇ／ｋｇＷ￣（０．７５）；秋牧场上８只放牧母羊采食牧草于物质量平均为（７５．４１±５．８０）ｇ／ｋｇＷ￣（０．７５）和日排粪干物质量为（３８．３１±２．３７）ｇ／ｋｇＷ￣（０．７５）．测得用３只食道瘘管羊采集夏秋牧场上牧草标样的于物消化率分别为（５９．６５±２．３７６）％与（４９．０２±５．５３８）％，绵羊夏牧场采食牧草干物质量及牧草消化率均显著大于秋季（Ｐ＜０．０１）．两季牧场的日排粪干物质量无差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。DM intake of Chinese Merino on summer and autumn pastuers was measured in Xin-jiang Southern-mountain Sheep Breeding Farm by means of esophageal fistulation ,in vitro digestionand Cr_2O_3 ratio technique. The average forage(MD)intake of 18 ewes on summer pasture and of 8ewes on autumn pasture were (96.02±7.41)g/kgW￣(0.75) and(75.41±5.80)g/kgW￣(0.75) respectively with the former being significantly higher than the latter (P<0. 01)。 Estimates of IVDMD in dietsby 3 esophageal-fistulated sheep were ( 59.65± 2.376)% on summer pasture and ( 49.02 ±5. 538)% on autumn pasture. The difference is highly significant(P<0.01).However,the fecaloutput of dry matter per kilogram of metabolic body weight of the ewes grazing on the two kinds ofpastures were similar.
