摘　　要：本文采用撕断法，将以扫描电子显微镜观察丝纤维的形态结构。研究结果表明，该方法比其它方法简单易行，并能全面地、清晰地观察到丝纤维的内外层形态结构。Introduces the rip-breaking method for breaking up and tearing apart the silk fiber, so that its external, internal and transitional morphological structures can be completely exposed and clearly observed under the scanning electron microscope, thus providing an easier and more comprehensive and effectivet approach to silk morphology.
